Safety rules and recommendations
- It is obligatory to follow the ride and attraction rules at all times, as well as the indications of the lifeguards.
- There is a first aid kit available, as well as a doctor and healthcare staff.
- You may bring food and drink, except cans and glass.
- Our photographers, with your permission, will take some souvenir photographs of your visit. if you wish, you can see those photographs at the park exit. The photographs will be destroyed when the park closes for the day.

- Using the rides/attractions with any type of electronic device is not permitted. This includes cameras, mobile devices, etc.
- Objects that are lost on the rides and attractions cannot be searched for by any customer nor by the lifeguard staff until the attraction/ride's closure at normal closing time.
- Any ticketing incidents for tickets purchased through external collaborators must be taken up with said external collaborator or company.
- For safety reasons, use of the park's pa system to locate someone is prohibited.
- There is no right to re-admission in queues for rides/attractions once they are abandoned. In addition, queuing will always be done individually.
- The Cyclon ride may close temporarily for safety reasons if wind speeds exceed 50 km/h.
- Some rides and attractions have height and/or weight restrictions. They may not be used by users who do not fall within the established limits.
- Negligent use of the rides and attractions is prohibited. Aqualandia is not responsible for users' negligent use of the rides, attractions, and recreational swimming pools. misuse may result in serious physical injury.
- Aqualandia reserves the right to remove any users who make negligent use of its facilities.
- The rapids and the Black Hole have preferential access for users with disabilities and their companion. they must wear at all times their bracelet to prove disability, which they may pick up at the information office after submitting the necessary documentation.
- Press and media outlets that are accredited by Aqualandia may access the attractions and rides directly with prior authorization and provided they wear their accreditation bracelet.
- Aqualandia is not responsible for any damages or thefts that may occur in vehicles parked in its free car parks.
- Access to the park implies acceptance of Aqualandia's general rules.
- Clothing that is suitable for any ride ranges from all types of swimsuits to spandex garments that fit snugly to the body. The use of garments made of denim is not allowed. Burkini use is permitted as long as said clothing item has been made with the same type of fabric and also fits the body snugly. Regarding the use of swim socks, these must be made of spandex or cotton and may never have treads of any kind on the sole. The use of water shoes is not permitted. In the event that you are wearing footwear at the time of going on the ride, it must be taken off/securely attached to the wrists.
